Dr. Gil Bashan, Postdoc student

Dr. Gil Bashan received the B.Sc. degree in physics and electrical engineering from Bar-Ilan University in 2016, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the same University in 2018 and 2022, respectively. He is currently a post-doctoral fellow at the group of Prof. Ady Arie at Tel-Aviv University. His research interests include optical fiber propagation effects, opto-mechanics and quantum optics. Dr. Bashan received the Bar-Ilan University Rector Award for excellence in graduate studies in 2018. In 2020 he was awarded the Adams Fellowship for doctoral studies by the Israel National Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
